Jack Lewars

Founder

Founder

Jack Lewars is the Founder of Ultra Philanthropy, where he provides philanthropic advice to over $2bn in wealth. He has 17 years’ years in the nonprofit sector as a founder, C-suite staffer and Board member, and he is currently the Executive Chairman of High Impact Athletes. Each year, Jack advises tens of millions in highly cost-effective giving, working directly with wealth holders and their staff. He is also the fund manager for Ultra Philanthropy’s mid-stage global health fund, where he makes investments in high-potential global health projects, and then takes an intensive advisory or trustee role to help them scale. Jack holds an MA in Classics from the University of Cambridge and is a keen amateur triathlete.

Olivia Kaye

Researcher

Researcher

Olivia Kaye is an established research, monitoring and evaluation consultant, with 12 years' experience advising complex development programmes in challenging environments. At Ultra Philanthropy, she specialises in research, evidence reviews, theories of change and monitoring, evaluation and learning. Alongside this, she continues to evaluate programmes for a variety of bilateral and multilateral INGOs on a broad range of themes and is experienced in a wide variety of research methods, including both primary research and literature and evidence reviews. Olivia holds an undergraduate degree majoring in Political Science and a postgraduate degree in International Law, both from the Australian National University.
